This is especially true with ultra-low unemployment rates making competition fierce for most employers. When you’re looking for the right people to join your company, how can you do more than post a job ad?
SHOW them who you are in the most engaging way possible.
People engage with video so much more quickly than a block of text. They can’t help it. We’re visual creatures, and images just work better at capturing our attention than written words. Video can also create an impression in a few seconds that it might take three paragraphs of text to convey. There’s a reason they say a picture is worth a thousand words. It’s so much more true with video. (EXAMPLES BELOW)
Let the experts help!
You’re good at what you do. That’s why you’re in a position to hire people! Most likely, video production isn’t in your wheelhouse. So, for the love of all things good, let people with the right expertise help you by paying them to do what they do well! Hire a video production company. Maybe that’s Flow, or maybe someone else is a better fit for your organization. Either way, I guarantee you that making a bad video is not going to help you attract new talent.
Make sure your videographer listens to you.

Recruitment is not the time for a cookie-cutter approach. Whomever you hire, make sure they take the time to learn how to speak your language.
